Shasta ENT Specialists is a referral-based Specialty practice with a focus on Sinus related issues. 

Office visits are by appointment only. We do require 48-hour notice of cancellation for all appointments. This allows us to schedule another patient awaiting to receive medical attention. 

Our amazing front office staff does their best to meet your scheduling needs. However, sometimes emergencies do arise. We will keep you informed and do our best to keep you on schedule. 

We are a provider of most major insurance plans. If you are unsure if we are in your insurance network, please contact your insurance directly and they will gladly provide you with a list of doctors in your network. 

As a courtesy we will bill up to two insurance plans for services rendered. It is the patient responsibility to keep us updated on any insurance changes that may arise during your care. 

Copayments, Coinsurance, and Deductible amounts are due at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept personal check, cash, MasterCard, Visa and Care Credit. 

Should this cause a financial hardship, we ask you to please contact our Business Office Manager prior to your scheduled appointment. 

We understand the importance of privacy and are committed to maintaining confidentiality of your medical information. We are required by law to maintain the privacy of protected health information and to provide individuals with our legal duties and privacy practices. This notice describes how we may disclose your medical information. Our policy is posted in our reception area for your convenience as well as in written hand-out format for you to refer to at your convenience.
